Description
Bring Fido to PIDO's outrageous, annual dog costume contest and parade, with prizes for best small, medium, and large dog costume, best homemade costume, best pack, best dog-and-owner combo, and more! The short parade goes along the shoreline and circles back to where the judges will make the hard decisions.
