Celebrate this annual dog-friendly Halloween event with a canine costume contest themed around Ohio’s 250-year history, with small dog, large dog, and dog-and-owner categories and prizes for the top three finishers. Enjoy DIY pup cups, games, crafts, vendors, and local animal shelters that may have adoptable dogs. Food and coffee trucks will be on site, followed by a dog treat and toy scavenger hunt through the park’s Memorial Tree Garden.
