Description
The festival kicks off with themed food booths and trucks, live entertainment, unique local artists and small businesses, and costume contests for both people and pets! The dog costume contest features three categories: Small Dogs (under 35 lbs), Large Dogs (over 35 lbs), and Group/Family (dogs and humans in themed costumes). Registration is limited to 20 entries per category, so arrive early to sign up at the Festival Info Booth between 1:30–2:30 PM. All participants must follow posted rules, and the contest begins at 4:00 PM. First, second and third place winners in each category will receive a prize basket! The Halloween parade starts at 7:00 PM.
