Description
Leashed dogs are welcome at most of the outdoor activities during downtown St. Cloud's annual weekend winter festival! Take a self-guided walking tour to check out the exterior of historic downtown buildings, shop for local goods at the farmer's market, watch a Toboggan Derby Relay or the Winter Lights Parade on West Saint Germain Street, and more.
