Description
This all-levels mat Pilates class is designed to be accessible, energizing and welcoming for both beginners and experienced participants. Guests can enjoy a full-body workout focused on strength and mobility while their pups either perform some downward dogs alongside, or socialize nearby in the daycare space. The event also includes light refreshments.
