Fun Run with the Big Dogs 5K

Hello! I am a volunteer with Big Dogs Huge Paws Inc. Rescue. We are a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization comprised of volunteers dedicated to rescuing, rehoming and rehabilitating unwanted giant breed dogs that have been mistreated, neglected, abused and/or abandoned. All donations are tax-deductible. Our core philosophy is every “BIG” dog deserves a chance. All monies raised from this event will primarily go to medical expenses for the dogs we get in. On average, the rescue spends about $450 on each dog and up to $5,000 for the major medical cases. Donations make it possible for BDHPI to save hundreds of dogs from euthanasia each year and get them the care they desperately need. On August 18th, 2012, Big Dogs Huge Paws, Inc. is holding its third annual “Fun Run With The Big Dogs” 5K Event. The event will be held at the Robert F. Clement Park in Littleton, CO, with registration starting at 7:45 AM. This will be a family affair with vendor booths, food, drinks, music and more and we are expecting a huge crowd. Many “BIG” dogs will be there too!
