Description
Wag ‘n’ Walk is Whidbey Animals’ Improvement Foundation’s celebration of the rescue efforts of Island County’s residents and a chance to educate the community about the adoption of homeless animals. This year we will be paying particular attention to spay and neuter options as well as calling attention to the growing homeless cat population.
