Description

Keep safe and avoid dog bites. This class is a must for school age children, their parents, and adults who work around or near dogs. The Be a Tree program is an innovative and interactive program created by the non-profit organization Doggone Safe. Children and adults will learn to read dog body language and how to act safely around dogs. This program is unique in its focus on physical activity and emphasis on positive messages. Instead of telling children don’t do this and don’t do that, the Be a Tree program empowers them with the knowledge they need to make safe decisions based on the body language and the actions of the dog and the situation at hand. Your instructor is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers, Doggone Safe, and a Licensed Be A Tree presenter. This is a humans only class. Do not bring your dog.
