Dog Events Near PHX Airport

This family and pet-friendly event is Arizona Animal Welfare League's largest annual fundraiser, bringing out more than 3,000 people and dogs to help raise funds for thousands of homeless and medically in-need animals. Visit the event website to register in advance, and participate as an individual or a team to enjoy a 2K or 5K walk with your best friend. Other activities will include food trucks, games, raffles and vendors.

Bring Fido out for this special Halloween excursion, admiring plants and exploring trails! Dress up your pup and enjoy pup cups, pose at festive photo stations and and partake in tricks for treats for VIP Pup Club members. This dog-friendly pet costume competition invites pups to show off their creativity and star power in their most fabulous outfits. Guests can enjoy complimentary bone broth at the Pup-tini Bar, take photos at a glittering stage backdrop and cheer on the contestants. Winners can earn bragging rights and gift baskets filled with premium pet treats and gear.

Small dogs under 25 lbs are welcome to join their owners at this annual event to get a slice of pie! This annual festival celebrates local pizza makers with a variety of pizza slices, full pies, Italian-inspired foods and desserts. Guests can also enjoy local beer, wine, live music, a vendor market and a kids’ zone.

Work off the Thanksgiving calories at this annual event where all participants will receive an event shirt and finisher's medal from a previous StartLine event. Please ensure Fido is leashed at all times.

Take a ride with Fido through one of the world’s largest drive-through animated holiday light shows, offering families a festive, music-synced experience from the comfort of their vehicles! You'll see millions of LED lights and themed displays stretching about a mile long. People and pups must remain inside vehicles at all times. The show is rain or shine!
