This dog-friendly costume contest invites each family to enter one dog for a chance to win awards for Most Authentic, Most Creative or Audience Favorite. Dogs must be dressed in a dragon-themed costume, and entries can be submitted in advance or at the event.

On Sunday, the festivities continue with the Fall Dog Parade & Costume Contest at 3:00 PM. Participants must register at the map stand by 2:00 PM. Prize categories include Best Overall, Prettiest, Most Handsome, Most Original, Best Person & Dog, and Funniest. Sunday's festivities will also include vendors.

The Arthritis Foundation’s race is the original festive race for charity with your pup. It’s where you can strut your stuff in your favorite holiday costume. Bring a team of friends, family, and co-workers to run or walk. Please ensure your dog is kept on a leash. Check-in starts at 9:00 AM and the race begins at 10:30 AM.
