This annual festival offers an exciting day for dogs and their humans with a costume contest, a haunted house for pups, and fun races like French Bulldog and Wiener Dog runs. Highlights include a foam party, an 80-foot dog pool party with DJ and a pie-eating contest. Guests can explore a superhero photo booth, a fashion show, and a holistic lounge, as well as enjoy brunch for dogs and treats.

Parade your pups in their Howl-o-ween best and win great prizes for Best Overall, Funniest, Spookiest, Most Creative, and Dog/Owner Combo. There will also be local vendors offering grooming, giveaways, dog adoptions, food, face painting, and more.

Justin Rudd and his Community Action Team host one of the biggest Halloween pet events in the world! The parade is expected to include a few hundred kids and adults in costumes, followed by more than 450 costumed dogs with handlers. A few thousand human gawkers will line the parade route, including a panel of distinguished judges that will choose a few dozen human and canine costume winners. Haute Dogs will raise thousands for spay/neuter programs, adoption/rescue groups, Operation Santa Paws and other Long Beach service projects.

Dog owners bring their leashed pups for a short group walk through downtown Long Beach to socialize and connect with other dog owners.
