Pet Friendly Annual Walk-n-Wag Unleashed
Annual Walk-n-Wag Unleashed Step out with your pets for the annual Walk-n-Wag - a month-long online race for teams and individuals, with fun contests, virtual and live activities, with prizes and bragging rights for winners. Then on Saturday morning, September 18th, come to Minto Brown Island Park to walk together by the river, and enjoy the vendor village, goodie bags, and door prizes with other pet-lovers from around the Willamette Valley. An online map will track the footstep and fundraising progress of every participant in real time. Steps can be earned by walking and running, as well as activities that help neighbors with pets, or support those who are grieving. Walk-n-Wag funds raised will help hospice patients care for their pets through Willamette Valley Hospice’s Pet Peace of Mind® program, and support people in our community who are grieving.
