Dog Friendly Beaches

Anyone know of any other dog friendly beaches in the Metro area? There are only 2 listed on here and one of them is in Duluth. I am in the St Paul area and have visited the White Bear Lake dog beach, but I am looking for more options. I would like to be able to have my dogs off leash so they can swim and play as they please. Any suggestions?
