Place to stay?

OK, I have been checking out pet friendly hotels for the last year.. I know about the leash laws, and hotels regulations involving dogs. I have a much smarter than average Boston terrier, super clean, actually sleeps in the bed with me or my daughter. What I need is a hotel that is on or near pier park, where the pet friendly beach is located. Can someone help me, please
