Car Seat Cover suggestions?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone had any experience with dog car seat covers? What model did you buy?

I had one that I bought online for the purposes of long road trips or camping with my dog, but it didn't stay in place. It either bunches up as my dog moves around or he finds away to slip under through the side and I'm finding it quite frustrating.

Anyone have any recommendations?
