  Hotel was old and dirty. Trash in parking lot. Not a well-cared-for property. A decent place doesn’t cost that much more. I will not go back.

  Staff (Sheba) very friendly and helpful. Hotel is what you would expect. Absolutely no extras.

  Relatively clean but things were in various stages of disrepair. We were on the second floor and I had to ask where the stairs were - it was not labeled as such. Everyone was very polite but accommodations were lacking.

  Do not book here. Very sketchy area. Looks like it might be used for homeless people. The only good thing was the front staff. They were fabulous.

  Remove from your list of motels

  We had a reservation for September 19th at the Motel 6 Columbia East this property is being used as a low income property for local residents. This property is run down, dirty, unsafe and inappropriate for anyone traveling much less with a pet. I would have chosen to sleep in my car rather than check into this motel. We chose to drive an hour further on our trip and stay at the La Quinta inn in Rock Hill, South Carolina A very nice property, highly recommended.

  Unsafe!

  This was a party hotel. The people next to me were in a domestic dispute and when I asked to move rooms the front desk clerk was rude and unaccommodating. He spoke with the guests next to me and said the woman lost her keys but they would be quiet. She was obviously being assaulted and I should have called the police. People were doing drugs in the parking lot. They refused to move me or give me a refund. I felt so scared and unsafe as a single female traveler I ended up leaving and getting a much nicer dog friendly hotel down the road. It’s a shame this hotel is even listed on this website. They still haven’t given me a refund and refuse to return my calls. Terrible customer service and a dirty, rowdy, unsafe environment. Do not stay here.

  Good place for animals

  Nice and basic! Everyone at the front desk was really nice. There was no problem bringing our big friendly dog and little kitty for the night.

  Staff Were Wonderful and Very Dog Friendly

  Very difficult to find accommodations that will permit large dogs. This was a wonderful experience traveling with an 80lb 7 month old Cane Corso.
