Unsafe!

This was a party hotel. The people next to me were in a domestic dispute and when I asked to move rooms the front desk clerk was rude and unaccommodating. He spoke with the guests next to me and said the woman lost her keys but they would be quiet. She was obviously being assaulted and I should have called the police. People were doing drugs in the parking lot. They refused to move me or give me a refund. I felt so scared and unsafe as a single female traveler I ended up leaving and getting a much nicer dog friendly hotel down the road. It’s a shame this hotel is even listed on this website. They still haven’t given me a refund and refuse to return my calls. Terrible customer service and a dirty, rowdy, unsafe environment. Do not stay here.
