    Great downtown location

Great location in the middle of bustling downtown. Were looking for a dog friendly hotel with restaurant and bar passing through Lincoln, NE. Were happily greeted in the lobby area by another pup, and enjoyed adult beverages with Captain before sleeping incredibly well in a comfy bed.

    Great hotel for pet owners

The hotel was clean and staff was superb! And they were wonderful with my dog. The location is GREAT!! Walking distance to several pet friendly restaurants. The bed and pillows wasn't very comfy for us since both my husband and I have bad backs. But others may feel is fine. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5!

    Budget, pooch, and location friendly

We had a great stay during our 4 days. Now things happen, and that is the nature of the service and hospitality, however...recovery is where the separation of mediocre and outstanding happens. We had great reception with our beloved Charli Girl pooch. Shuttle service explained, breakfast explained and everything was simple and easy. We would definitely recommend here and plan to stay again.

    Pleasant stay with our lab!

Nice, clean room. Welcomed our lab. Our only complaint is that our room was never serviced (even when the dog wasn’t in the room). We had to ask for clean towels and my husband ended up emptying the trash himself. Pricey breakfast.

    Good and Bad

The people that were there when I checked in we're very nice and accommodating. The place to walk your dog was kind of far but not horrible. My room was clean. However when I came back from dinner there was a new crew. The guy at check in had told me laundry was on the second floor. I tried to take the elevator down from the fourth floor to the second and the elevator would not stop there so I went to the lobby to tell the guy at the desk and he did not care at all and just said well you can take a different elevator! Really dude I would have never figured that out. He sees me with a bag of laundry my room key and a $10 bill in my hand. I go upstairs to the laundry and I saw there was no change machine so I went back down and he gives me a five and five singles. I go back up and I see all the machines take quarters only! I'm pretty sure he knows this, and he is just messing with me now. Now I have to go back and ask him for quarters and he only has $2. I'm literally panhandling in the lobby for quarters so I can do my laundry. This really irritated me it was 1 in the morning I was tired and I needed clean panties!

    Minutes away from Broadway

8 mins away from Broadway, friendly and nice staff. The place was clean. There is $32 parking garage fee. Overall a good stay.

    Great Stay

The staff was amazing! They loved having both myself and my furry companion. Note: you are going to have to walk several blocks to find some green space -- but it is there!

    Will stay again

Clean hotel. Staff worry welcoming to us and our dog. Only stayed one night but location is near music. The gentleman that checked us in also made us aware that everything downtown was open until 11pm with limited capacity but many places allow dogs in the establishment.

    Great staff

Great staff. Hotel is old and needs updating, particularly for the price. Were great with the dog.

Nice Hotel Not Great For Dogs

The hotel was fantastic walking distance to restaurants and bars. However, the hotel does not have any spot for for your dog to run or go to the restroom. I have a golden doodle and a boxer and we were on the 8th floor. The area is a little busy so I made my husband walk with me each time especially at night since the hotel doesn’t have a designated pet area. The rooms are big which was nice for the dogs to play. Also be aware the hotel charges for parking and breakfast.

    Wonderful Staff

My husband and I were taking a road trip with our dog Buster and overnighted at this Hilton. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk greeted Buster and gave him a treat. There is a small area for dogs outside the hotel and bags are provided. The only con is you have to take elevators to go up and Buster doesn’t like elevators.
