Hyatt Place Madison Downtown welcomes one dog up to 50 lbs or two dogs with a combined weight up to 75 lbs. The fee is $75 (for stays of 1 to 6 nights) and $150 (for stays of 7 to 30 nights). All guests with pets are assigned to rooms on the third floor. Dogs may be left unattended, but housekeeping will only service the room if your pet is crated. There is a pet waste station on the property and plenty of grassy areas nearby. Cats are not permitted. For same day arrivals, please call 877‑411‑3436 to confirm availability of a pet-friendly room.

I needed to check out a day early and no one was at the front desk. I called all day to try to check out and wasn’t able to reach anyone at the hotel. I finally called BringFido and after a few hours they were able to reach the hotel. I understand the hotel not wanting to refund me for the night I didn’t stay, but on top of that I had over $100 charged to my card in incidentals that I never used. Of course I couldn’t get ahold of the hotel and when BringFido tried to help I was left on hold forever. Will never use this hotel again. I understand everyone is short staffed right now but this was ridiculous.

My humans and I loved our stay at Hyatt Place Madison Downtown, where we spent the long Memorial Day holiday weekend. I enjoyed the large bed for snuggling and snoozing and my dads appreciated the clean and quiet halls considering I wasn't the only four-legged guest staying in the building. Parking in the garage behind the hotel made for easy entry and exit and staff and guests gave me lots of love during our stay. Potty breaks were also easy with quiet grassy areas nearby. Five out of five bones from this little girl.
