      Not a good experience

      The only positive part of our visit was the staff at the front desk. They were very understanding and nice. Other than that it was awful. The room wreaked of smoke and they had no other rooms to offer. The only green area for the dogs was across the street and we did not feel safe going out with the dogs at night and early morning. They gave us a room on the third floor when on the website they stated people with pets will be given a lower level. We ended up leaving a day early and lost our money because it was nonrefundable.
