This large oceanfront cottage has recently undergone a major renovation. Built in the 1930's, it retains all of its original charm, while modern updates bring it into the 21st century. A new HVAC system will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The all new kitchen is filled with stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and an indoor sleeping porch with queen sleeper downstairs, and 4 more large bedrooms upstairs. The downstairs bathroom has retained its antique clawfoot tub, while the upstairs bathroom has a new shower. This antiques-filled home has plenty of comfortable porches for relaxing and an oceanfront deck to catch some sun. Beach access is down the driveway and out to the street, so no one will be walking through the property from the beach. We have off-street parking for 4 cars. This rental is suitable for extended families, families or couples vacationing together, or small wedding parties. We are LGBT friendly. It is a quiet rental NOT suitable for young singles.
