Two bones because the staff was really friendly and helpful. I met 3 people that worked there and they were all pretty great. This place needs a huge redo. Furniture looks 30 years old and is covered in 30 years of filth. My room was ‘non- smoking’ and stunk of stale smoke. I also witnessed a john in the parking lot waiting for a woman who showed up 10 minutes later. Interesting…🙄

The motel is convenient to get on/off the highway. There were a few restaurants/fast food to choose from during our 8:30pm arrival. The dog fee was reasonable at $20. The green space was limited, and some space had signage asking not to let dogs relieve themselves on it. The staff was very pleasant and tried hard to place us on the first floor. However, I requested a king bed and one was only available up on the second floor at the back of the property. The room was clean and the coffee was hot in the office. We would stay here again, but may forfeit the King bed for a first floor room next time.

We were very impressed by Super 8 by Wyndham Jackson, TN. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful at check-in and checkout. The room was super clean and had a fresh scent, and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of dining options around the hotel some within walking distance. Dogs are an extra $20 each but that is reasonable compared to other places. The parking lot is well lit and there are green spaces for dogs. We would definitely stay there again.

Overnight stay while traveling cross country. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Room chair was not clean looking, and on one of the coldest nights of the year the door was not sealed and let lots of cold air in. Lots of restaurants very close by.

Older property but the room was updated and nice. Front desk staff was very friendly and gave us a room on the backside of the building where it was quiet. Lots of security with lights and cameras.

Our stay at the Super 8 Jackson TN was very pleasant. The front desk staff were very friendly, the room was small but clean and the location was much more than we expected. We were originally given a room our the second floor, but when we asked for one on the first floor it was easily changed. We are traveling with a cat and a dog and had no difficulty at all.

This location works well for me when I travel from Texas to Northern New York with 2 large dogs. For an overnight recharge it’s perfect. Lots of places to eat & get gas, easy on & off freeway. The same man has taken care of me for the past few years and treated me very well.

Stayed here because it was a good stopping point on a long drive. They accept pets, which is good, but wouldn't stay here otherwise.

The door to the bathroom was rotted off the Hinges. The carpet was damp. Couldn't wait to get out of there. They made an exception for 3 pets, they have a 2 pet policy that's not noted here.

We stayed 1 night comfortably. The room was clean and there are lots of restaurants nearby for a good meal.

Room was clean and had fridge and microwave. Shower handle was loose but worked fine. AC was nice and cold. Only real problems was lack of parking on back side of hotel and there was no place to walk our dogs. Had to use the grass at the realty place next door. Overall worked fine for our one night passing through.
