I never got to stay at this motel. Because they had limited pet rooms, I called to confirm. Despite me spelling my name, the desk person looked up the wrong reservation and told me that I had two rooms reserved, and neither was a pet room, and that all of the pet rooms were full. So I came back to BringFIdo and cancelled my reservation, then called to check that everything had been cancelled so that I wouldn't be charged? No?! That's when I caught that he had looked up the wrong name, but by then the open pet room had been snapped up. I ended up booking a room over an hour away. Not even a "so sorry for the mixup" from the desk clerk.
