      Disgusting

      We went to visit my grandparents for the night for Easter. Due to large family volume we opted to stay somewhere. We checked in and unloaded our bags and left. Since dogs were allowed, we looked past how outdated everything was. I wish we would have checked out the room before we left (the gas station/check-in area was closed when we returned to our room). The pillows looked as if someone peed on them, we pulled back the top blanket and the sheet were just as bad, if not worse.

      We slept in our clothes, on top of all of the bedding. There were no extra blankets in any drawers for us to use. We froze! One of three lights did not work. The TV did not work, even after multiple attempts at restarting/resetting the cable box. Local channels didn’t even work. The smoke detectors were removed! is this even legal?? The heat did not work until after running for over 3 hours. We paid $132 for less than 12 hours and it’s absolutely outrageous. All we wanted was a place to sleep and we couldn’t even get that. NEVER AGAIN!!!
