The photos outside look nice and from the outside, I was fooled driving in. Immediately before the door was open the scent made me want to turn back. It was after midnight and I didn’t want to find a new place. It smelled like a wet ashtray, with unusual stains over walls, doors, sheets, towels, floors, light switches, bathtub, and any surface you would put something on. Wood furniture had finish missing and scratch marks everywhere, had holes drilled into them, there were 40-year-old broken light fixtures in it, and I didn’t feel like it was sanitary enough to shower or brush my teeth. There was fighting near my room around 1am. Broken glass in the parking lot. I got the impression that people often complain and their response is to be standoff-ish about it. Avoid this place! Read the google reviews, even of just the last month.

Floors were filthy with dirt. Other people’s dogs barked nonstop. No elevator for safety for disabled. Previously wet towel in tub (so what sort of cleaning did it get). New towels damp and small. Beds not bad.Pillows lumpy and ridiculous.

What a dump!! Husband asked house keeping to mop the filthy dirty floors and she told him that she can give him a towel so that we can clean the floor. He asked her if he will get paid to clean their floors and she laughed. She went on to say that they don't clean the floors because a guy had Covid. Ok, that makes perfect sense. Wow!!! The outdoor grounds look horrible. Send someone out there with a broom and dustpan at least. We pick up after our pets, I guess others don't. All outside areas need pressure washing. Some rooms have the room number handwritten on the door with a sharpie. The lady in the office working the front desk looks and acts like she hates being here and the service attitude is a reflection of that lack of enthusiasm. Oh, make sure that you are current with your shots. Definitely get a Covid-19 vaccine before staying here. We Will be taking our fur babies back to the groomers since they should be white and they now look gray due to the floors! I have no problem paying extra for our babies however I expect the service and room to be clean!
