Holiday Hotel allows two pets of any size for an additional fee of $10 per pet, per night. Guests with pets must call (877) 411-3436 prior to booking to verify availability of a pet-friendly room or risk not being able to check in with a pet and/or incurring any associated cancellation penalties. Both dogs and cats are allowed, and well-behaved pets may be left unattended in rooms. There is a grassy pet relief area on the property.

Holiday Hotel is situated in Holiday and has barbecue facilities and garden. With free WiFi, this 2-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and an ATM. Each room is fitted with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Guests can check-in anytime after 3:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 11:00 am. Both dogs and cats are welcome. Please inform Green Lake Safari in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Please note that only registered guests are allowed at the property. Guests shall abide by the property's policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00. Guests must be 21 years or older to check in without a parent or official guardian. Guests are liable for any damage to the property that occurs during their stay.

    Awful

    Floors were filthy with dirt. Other people’s dogs barked nonstop. No elevator for safety for disabled. Previously wet towel in tub (so what sort of cleaning did it get). New towels damp and small. Beds not bad.Pillows lumpy and ridiculous.

    Horrible!!! Find another location!

    What a dump!! Husband asked house keeping to mop the filthy dirty floors and she told him that she can give him a towel so that we can clean the floor. He asked her if he will get paid to clean their floors and she laughed. She went on to say that they don't clean the floors because a guy had Covid. Ok, that makes perfect sense. Wow!!! The outdoor grounds look horrible. Send someone out there with a broom and dustpan at least. We pick up after our pets, I guess others don't. All outside areas need pressure washing. Some rooms have the room number handwritten on the door with a sharpie. The lady in the office working the front desk looks and acts like she hates being here and the service attitude is a reflection of that lack of enthusiasm. Oh, make sure that you are current with your shots. Definitely get a Covid-19 vaccine before staying here. We Will be taking our fur babies back to the groomers since they should be white and they now look gray due to the floors! I have no problem paying extra for our babies however I expect the service and room to be clean!
