    Great hotel, quiet

WE had great rooms on the ground floor. Clean, nice comfy beds and well appointed rooms. There was not a designated dog potty area. We went out in the heat to a dirt lot. Great breakfast, bar area, and service staff.

    Pet friendly!

Lots of families with pets when we stayed. There is a pet friendly area that is a gravel field (it is Vegas after all) with poop bags and disposal bin provided. It was a shame that some did not pick up after their pet.
Rooms were new and clean. The laminate floor in our room was nice since our dog is a messy eater and drips a lot after drinking. You do have to sign a Pet Agreement/Waiver upon check in. Breakfast was provided and we took turns going to the food area since pets are not allowed in that area. We were able to sit and eat with our pet away from the breakfast area which was perfect for us. If you are looking for a nice, clean and pet friendly hotel away from the crowds, this is it!

Will be my go-to in Vegas

I drive frequently between Colorado and California. This spot is clean, welcoming and really easy to get in and out of quickly on and off the highway. There's also plenty of space to walk your pup away from busy roads. Highly recommend!

    Terrible experience

Nice looking hotel, but shower didn't work upon arrival. Morning we were set to leave we came out to our car broken into and all of our belongings stolen (we are traveling and moving) so we lost about 15k worth of property. Hotel supposedly has security that patrols around but I guess not during the 10 minutes our car was broken into. No responsibility taken by the hotel because "there are signs saying they aren't responsible."

    Best hidden secret in LV

Rooms with great space for dogs. Staff amazing, beautiful facility. Only challenge is no traditional grassy pet area, rather gravel.

    Great room

Staff super friendly. Room nice. Only drawback was no real pet-potty place on property (that I found), but we managed.

Dog friendly and all around NICE hotel

Great place to stay with or without your pup!

Hotel is still on the new side. They were very welcoming of our dog. At checkin they give you a special door sign that you can use if you decide to leave your pet in your room so the staff knows to not go in.... we would never leave our fur-kid in a room by himself but I realize some people do and for those this aspect goes to show they are pet accommodating. The fee for your pet was a very reasonable (for Vegas) $75 for the STAY (not per night like some of the hotels listed as pet friendly). We saw a lot of other pet owners there.

For the humans: the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was complimentary AND had a lot of options... not a skimpy danish and coffee bar.... a pretty nice full bar. They had 3 different juices, various milk options (cow, coconut, almond etc), oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, eggs, bacon or sausage (depending on the day), toast and waffles or chocolate churro bread pudding. It is off the strip, which we liked bec it meant it was quieter despite being in Vegas. This also meant more area to walk our dog for potty breaks- keep in mind this is the desert folks so we aren’t talking grass. Also for those that like this: a Cracker Barrel restaurant was across the parking lot which provided take out.

All in all... we liked it so much that on our return trip we booked at another Hyatt in a different state and crossing our fingers it’s as nice as this one!
