Fair Street Retreat Historical Cozy Studio Near Phoenix Theater
Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is part of one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. We are located just 3 blocks from Downtown Petaluma. Walk down for breakfast at The Tea Room Café or hit the daily hot buffet at Petaluma Market. If you want to stay in, brew some coffee in the kitchenette and sit on the deck under the willow tree.
Our studio suite is furnished with a king bed, 50 inch HD TV, cedar lined closets and a mini kitchenette stocked with coffee, tea and lots of snacks.

There is a 2 guest maximum for this property. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Children are also welcome.
Prohibited Use
Sorry, party animals. Events are strictly prohibited at this property. Smoking is not allowed.
House Rules
We live in close proximity with our dear neighbors. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum. Guest with Pets - We love animals but any dogs left unattended for long periods of time and barking is a no-no. Please refer to #1 rule.
