  Dog felt very comfortable

  We stayed here June 6th and and then booked it again for June 7th after reaching Hot Springs after a long day on the road. The original hotel we booked was not suitable for us or our dog so thank goodness we found this hotel. Staff was so friendly and nice to us and our dog, room was clean, spacious, and there were plenty of green spaces around the hotel for potty spots. We would definitely stay here again if in Hot Springs.

  Pet fee high for location and amnemities

  Hotel, was fair. Wasn't anything special. Pet fee $45 on top of $100+ price wasn't worth what was offered.

  Convenient location and nice rooms

  Friendly staff, clean and updated rooms, and there was a nice green space across the street where we could walk our dog.

  Excellent for people

  King executive suite, kitchen and separate bedroom. No charge laundry but 1 out of 3 washers functioned. For Fido very limited potty area; had to walk up the street for more room.

  Great place everyone was so nice

  The entire staff was so nice and helpful and very welcoming to my dog and I. I would highly recommend. Room was super clean, nice and comfortable.

  Security lacking

  Limited grass area for dogs but bags were provided. They got the reservation right and gave the dogs biscuits. The reason for 3 stars is due to limited (if not non-existent) security. Three trucks were broken into during the night, two of which were parked right next to ours. The thieves were run off by one of the truck owners. The police didn't seem particularly concerned and the hotel said their security had just left to rotate to another property. This is really scary since our dog needed to go out about an hour before this happened so I was in the parking lot alone.

  Very pet friendly

  Nice facility. Either fairly new or recently updated. Staff very friendly and welcoming to our fur baby. Exercise area small but at least they had one.

  Very Satisfied

  At check-in, the staff welcomed our dogs with belly rubs and treats. We all felt at home. The room was very clean and appeared to be relatively new or recently remodeled. Quiet rooms, lots of amenities. We’ll be seeking out Candlewood Suites for future trips!
