We didn't realize that there were NO utensils, cups, plates, bowls, hair dryer... anything provided, and that's on us for not reading the fine print. But our room was designated as non-smoking and it had clearly had more than one smoker in it. It stunk of tobacco smoke.

The motel offered a clean room and a good location. The breakfast was not much and the pet area was small.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I stayed here during a 5-day dog show. It was great having a kitchen with a full sized fridge and microwave. There were garbage cans for throwing out pet waste and plenty of spots to potty your dog- grass, rocks, bark, etc. some dogs are very particular! There were pet waste bag receptacles, which apparently held plastic bags at one time- but all were empty. Bring your own. There were nice paved paths for walking the dogs. The room was clean, but I highly recommend bringing everything you might need, including a coffee maker. One was not automatically supplied nor were kitchen utensils or hangers, although you might be able to request them.
The place was quiet and comfortable and my dog and I had no trouble sleeping at night. The downside- while this was by far NOT the worst place to stay in Fresno (I’ve stayed in worse), there were signs posted about not leaving anything of value in your car. But Fresno has issues everywhere it seems. I never felt unsafe, however! Five star reviews are reserved for places that not just accept dogs but roll out the red carpet for them. I give this place 4 bones. Also the water in this city smells very strongly of chlorine. I would also advise bringing water for your dogs. If I attend the Fresno dog shows again, I would definitely consider staying here again.

I booked a room on 6/30/21 to stay a night at Extended Stay America-Fresno North on 7/10/21. We arrived late, after a family function, and were told they had no rooms! How does that happen when you have a reservation and reserved it with a credit card??? We had to drive 3 hrs home, arriving at 3:00 am. This was not easy because we are both senior citizens and have trouble driving at night. AND I was charged for the night even though they had no room to give us. Apparently they also were paid for the same room, on the same night, so they got paid double for our room! I have notified BringFido and Extended Stay but I have yet to get my money back. I don’t think it’s BringFido’s fault, but they should check their relationship with Extended Stay because it gives them all a bad name and bad reviews.This is unacceptable!
