The sweetest little motel ever. Off the highway; great walking town for your dog. If you’ve ever lived on a sailboat, you’ll think the rooms are amply large. I was charmed and will return.

The hotel itself was nice. Bathroom a bit dated. There were many people hanging around in the parking lot and smoking weed. Load slamming of doors all night. Rooms not soundproofed at all. Huge gap under the door. If your dog doesn’t mind noise, music, and slamming doors then it is a good place to stay. Our dog barked and shook all night.

The hotel was extremely noisy. The lights in the room are motion sensor, so every time my dog moved at night the lights went on.

Dogs are allowed, but they certainly aren’t welcome. Despite specifically noting our dog on our reservation and walking in with her clearly in sight, we were later accused of trying to hide her. The staff acted as if our pet was an inconvenience to them, despite their pet policy being the only reason we’d paid to stay in their hotel. After this less than warm welcome, we did not have any further issues with our pet or the room/hotel. While it wasn’t a problem for us, we did notice that the access dog closest to the dog relief area is locked overnight (can be used as an exit but not an entrance, even with room key), so pet parents will want to plan accordingly!

UPON ARRIVING AT THE HOTEL THE GM AND FRONT DESK MANAGER GREETED US WITH BIG SMILES AND WARM PETS. THEY OFFERED MOLLY A BONE. ALL THE PET ROOMS HAVE HARD WOOD FLOORS SO THEY ARE SANITARY. GREAT IDEA BY THE WAY. EVERY TIME WE ARE IN TOWN WE STAY HERE, WE ARE NOW PART OF THE FAMILY.
