More than a year ago
I checked in and turned right around and demanded a refund. It was dirty, dirty, dirty. It was so bad that I photographed it and sent the pics to the county heath department. I also wrote Red Roof and got no response. When I went down to get a refund, there were two people in front of me. Amazingly, they were in line for exactly the same thing. None of us wanted to stay in these filthy rooms. I mean dirt on the floor from not being vacuumed, dead bugs in the corners, filth on the walls, AC, chairs, dirty-stained bed spread with no top sheet, they expect you to cover with the bedspread and no top sheet! Hair in tub. Gross, gross, gross. Not even fit for my dog. They need to know this is bad, real bad. Oh, Yes, I got my refund.
