  No pillows or blankets

  We needed a dog friendly hotel. The dog floor is on the 6th floor, room is basic which is fine. But there king bed had 2 pillows and no bedspread or blanket. The first time I went and asked they said they were out of pillows but would send up a bedspread. I went and asked for the bedspread and they said they don't provide extra and I said it's not extra it's the one that should be there. Then they handed me extra sheets and said they didn't have any. I thought a hotel should at least provide pillows and a blanket.

  Ice machines did not work, water pressure in the sink knocks a cup out of your hand, but the shower had no pressure and the hot water was mislabeled. There was hair on the walls of the bathroom and if you don't close the door before you go to use the toilet the door hits your knees. Elevator made strange noises and the gap between the the elevator and floor was about an 1 inch and a half. My dog had to jump over it because she fell in the first time. You maybe trying to save money, don't stay here.

  Great staff

  Very basic accommodations, but clean and the staff treated us very well during our stay. Not a lot of areas to walk our dog.

  OK, but not great

  The outside is attractive, with water cascades, and nicely maintained grounds. Stepping inside the lobby, that begins disappear. The room I got was just that, a room. Nothing more, and nothing less. Spartan. However, it was clean. They assigned me a room on the 6th floor, the last floor. Somewhat of a PITA with a dog, even more so the next morning when it was time to check out. The elevator was broken and I had to descend to the first floor carrying three bags of luggage, a cooler, and my dog on a leash. No, I took the dog off the leash. Well, these things happen but maddening that there’s not another elevator. Also, I really didn’t feel safe leaving my room and having to wait a long time for the elevator. I could see sketchy behavior going on. On the more positive side, staff were friendly and the location to highways good.

  Great Staff

  I was amazed at how friendly and accommodating the entire staff was here. The room was clean and refreshed daily. They are doing construction but that never was a problem. Some of their clientele at this location was a bit sketchy but all worked out fine.

  Dogs On The Sixth Floor?

  I did not think to request a first floor room at booking. I was assigned a sixth floor room, and my dog and I both had trouble with the height as there were no interior hallways and only a wraparound balcony railing on the edge of the exterior walkway. My dog also had issues with the elevator as she had never been in one before. The room was clean, if a little spartan. The outside looked a bit worn.
