      I WILL go here again if needed!

      The front desk guy went out of his way to make sure we were happy when I told him the trouble we had already had at a different place. It was within his right to charge the pet fee since that was a new thing they have just started doing, but he waived it for me! It was very appreciated!

      Unfortunately VERY misleading

      We made reservations here for my trip to the Mayo Clinic, thinking I might have to stay long term and needed a kitchenette and fridge. When we arrived, they put us in a room with only a bed and one chair-nothing else. They did agree to change us to a room with a kitchenette but charged us more. The room did have a kitchenette but it was so nasty, we didn’t use it. We only slept there for one night because it was late, we’d been traveling a long time to get there and we had our 2 dogs with us. This place was disgusting! I don’t leave bad reviews… please do yourself a favor and skip this option.

      Horrible room

      The refrigerator was smashed in and the carpets were dirty. The bed was disgusting and we walked out.
