Unfortunately VERY misleading

We made reservations here for my trip to the Mayo Clinic, thinking I might have to stay long term and needed a kitchenette and fridge. When we arrived, they put us in a room with only a bed and one chair-nothing else. They did agree to change us to a room with a kitchenette but charged us more. The room did have a kitchenette but it was so nasty, we didn’t use it. We only slept there for one night because it was late, we’d been traveling a long time to get there and we had our 2 dogs with us. This place was disgusting! I don’t leave bad reviews… please do yourself a favor and skip this option.
