Pet deposit
APM Inn & Suites - JacksonvilleBringFido’s agent helped me make the reservation. When she was talking to them to make sure they had a dog friendly room available, they never informed the agent that there was a $50 deposit to pay on top of the $30 pet fee (which I already knew about). When I said that part was not told to me, the front desk clerk got an attitude and informed me that she had told the agent and I was just going to have to borrow it from someone when I told her I didn’t have money on my card to cover that surprise too. They also thought that BringFido was made up just because she had never heard of it. They ruined the only chance to make a good impression!

Motel 6-Jacksonville, FL - SouthThe front desk guy went out of his way to make sure we were happy when I told him the trouble we had already had at a different place. It was within his right to charge the pet fee since that was a new thing they have just started doing, but he waived it for me! It was very appreciated!
