Clean, fairly quiet, no extra charge for the dog. BringFido concierge staff are wonderful with helping arrange last minute reservations. Lots of grassy areas for pottying the pup and bags are provided in the back of the building.

The concierge at the front desk was the rudest person I've ever met. Indifferent and unhelpful. Had to get a different room because the 1st one smelled like a morgue. Trash cans were overflowing and had piles around them because they hadn't been cleaned. Parking lot was frequently used for drug deals during the one night I stayed. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

I have never wrote a review on a business in my entire life, especially a negative one. However, after driving 13 hours from Ottawa to Indianapolis and arriving at 2 in the morning, the least I was expecting was a room. Instead, I get a very rude lady that says I don’t have a reservation. I tell her I do, I even have a reservation number. She says “that is none of my business, that reservation number is for you, not me.” I asked her to double check for me and she says there is no reservation under Almir (my name); she did not even check the computer! She did not touch the mouse!! It was offensive, it was rude and it was unacceptable. She had a condescending attitude and she was not willing to help either. I told my girlfriend we should hit the road again, putting our life in danger. Thankfully nothing happened. We drove over 24 hours from Ottawa to Dallas without sleeping. Please, don’t come here. I’m not saying the hotels are bad, but that specific location!? No no no!!

Room was smelly, dirty, and damaged. The AC had been kicked in and barely worked, there was no fridge available even upon request and instead had a safe in the corner. The staff was kind, but other guests lingered outside doors and some attempted to look in through the windows. We barely stayed two hours before booking at a dog friendly hotel elsewhere.

We never checked in to the hotel. We arrived around 11pm and there were a ton of shady characters in the parking lot and standing on the balcony. We decided that if we could stay on the front side with lights, we’d tough it out. The desk clerk did not say hello, she was extremely rude and would not answer if there were any rooms available on that side of the building. I would not recommend this hotel or area for that matter.

My bathroom was dirty. The toilet had pee stains all over the rim and dirty washcloth still in the shower. There is also dog crap everywhere. The guest and the staff don’t clean up.

It's a motel. They didn't bat an eye at my shepherd and there was plenty of grassy area to walk around in. Convenient to not have to go through a lobby, but if your dog is reactive to people walking past the door/window you may lose some sleep. It was clean and no frills, fine for a road trip stop. The fridge was cold enough to freeze (by accident), and microwave/tv/hvac/shower all worked. I'd skip the free coffee though.

I upgraded our room to a superior king room so I could have a microwave to warm up our dog's food and a coffee maker, because I need my coffee. Which was disappointing 😕 But overall, clean, could use new mattresses. I'd recommend it for an overnight but not an extended stay.

They make it very easy to travel with your pets and have accepted all 3 of our dogs every time we've booked through BringFido. We really appreciate the economical value they offer and their rooms provide enough space to rest and have been clean and without incident in our experience. There are also grassy areas a parking lot away so your dogs can relieve themselves.
