  Bare minimum

  I specifically requested a quiet room far away from the ice machine and the elevator. Instead, we were given a room right next to the ice machine and the elevator, which disturbed our sleep all night (the hotel was not full, they could have given us a different room). The room seemed clean, but drab (gray floor, gray everything). The bed was comfortable and the window blinds did a good job at blocking out the light. But the Keurig machine didn't work, they didn't supply shampoo, the bathroom lighting was very dim, the towels were small, and the furniture was the bare minimum, not even a little table beside the "comfortable" chair.

  The staff was pleasant and friendly to my dog (I appreciated that). The breakfast was pretty plain (not even real oatmeal, just the little packages that you mix with water). Overall, I was very disappointed that they ignored my special request and that everything about the hotel seemed designed to save a few nickels (except the cost of the room). I didn't hate the hotel, but there are other places that are nicer for the same price.

  Nice place to stay

  Recent renovations have left this facility looking fabulous. The laminate floors are a definite plus for a dog owner. The fact that the entire property is dog friendly means lots of rooms for pet owners.

  Great hotel

  Great location, very clean room, everything we needed. Only odd thing, the hotel desk people were not vocal in the least. Not rude just basically didn’t say anything. But easy to get past that. Everything else was great.

  Room was clean and comfortable. Good size. So much grass around to walk the dog. Will stay again if in the area.

  Great spot

  The only bad thing was I had the misfortune of being the room across from the pool and there was lots of screaming kids until it closed at 11. Otherwise great spot!

  Great stay with fido

  We enjoyed our one night stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming to both my husband and I as well as our dog Murphy. Room was clean.

  Good location

  We stayed for 12 nights and booked the one room suite so my dogs had some space. It was a nice room but it was difficult to get housekeeping to come. I understand you have to request it which we did and they wouldn’t always come. We had to wave her down in the hallway to get new towels and trash bags. I needed to stay another week but decided to go somewhere else because my sheets were not changed the whole time I was there. It wasn’t housekeeping’s fault. Their was just a lack of communication. I would stay again but not for long stays.

  Our room was very clean and accommodating. The bed was really comfortable and bathroom very modern.
