      Clean room

      First of all, I waited at the front desk so long with no one there that I was looking for the phone number to call the hotel when someone finally showed up. It was late and I was extremely tired after 12 hrs on the road and this wasn't a good start. The room was very clean and upgraded. It was very welcoming and comfortable, which I appreciated. One thing I don't understand is why all the dog rooms are on the 3rd floor. Wouldn't you think that being on the 1st floor would be better? But it worked out okay. Just thought that was a little odd. Good location near the freeway but quiet in the room. Very glad they accepted a dog. We will stay here again.

      Convenient location

      Everybody was hospitable. I'm hoping the stuff that was sitting around in the hallway is because they're fixing it up. I think the room could have been a little bit cleaner. All in all, everything was good.

      Very pet friendly

      We had a very nice stay. Everything was wonderful!! We would definitely stay here again!!

      Clean and convenient

      Very nice room, very clean. Great breakfast. $15 per dog, per night (2 dog max, I think) is very reasonable! They are definitely dog friendly as we saw several other dogs. Close to downtown South Haven which had a lot of places that welcomed our doggie.
