Overall it was fine and met our needs on a road trip. The dogs were welcome, but we did have to walk them through the main lobby to get to our first floor room. There's an emergency exit at the end of the corridor, which was convenient for taking them out to the grass which there's a lot of, but there's no re-entry through that door so you have to come back in through the lobby. I won't stay there again, but that's because of issues unrelated to the dogs. Staff was curt on the phone, and then rude and dismissive in-person. Key card stopped working at one point, which locked us out and the dogs in. Meals and drinks were quite expensive. The room was small but comfortable and clean. The bathroom lacked any counter space which was odd, and the shower head sprayed horizontally at about neck-height. Overall not a pleasant stay, but sufficient.

On our drive from Baltimore to Colorado, we treated ourselves to this nice hotel. My dog got to experience his first elevator and revolving doors and was a quick study. The room was pretty and comfortable. The restaurant served good food. We were able to get in a couple of long walks nearby.

When I arrived, they had no rooms even though I had fully paid for my reservation. They expected that my cat and I would wait for hours while they hoped to maybe figure it out. Also, they are taking zero Covid precautions - no masks, no social distancing, etc. I’ve never been so disappointed in a Hilton property.

My cat loved the large windows to watch the parking lot. The room was clean, and quiet. Would stay again.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly with our sweet Belle. The elevators and revolving doors were a bit challenging though. Outside, there’s a lot of green space behind the hotel near the office park. We went for a walk around the small lake and it was perfect.
The additional fee of $50 for one night was a bit steep though.

The best thing about this hotel is all of the surrounding open space, so you never feel like you're imposing on anyone when you take your dog out. There is also a sidewalk that runs up and down both sides of the street and even an asphalt path around a pond (not part of the hotel, but close) which was nice for walks. The staff here was very friendly and there were no real restrictions on where the dog couldn't go (i.e. in and out the front entrance vs a side door). The pet friendly rooms are near the door close to the elevator which gives you easy access to the outside.
The only reason this gets four bones instead of five is the fact that, between 11pm-6am the doors near the elevators are locked and there is no key card access, so in that case you have to take your dog through the lobby and to the front where there is less grass.
Another thing preventing 5 stars was the lack of doggy bag stations which certainly isn't a deal breaker but is a little more convenient for pet owners.
Overall it was a very positive experience.
