      Comfortable stay for Snoopy!

      Hotel staff was very nice/welcoming. Room was comfortable and spacious. We had all we needed.

      Great hotel

      Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Big rooms to accommodate our Cane Corso and smaller Australian Cattle Dog. Only 4 bones as there is no pet relief area. Given that it’s in the city, it’s to be expected, but still made for a slight inconvenience. Very clean, plenty of restaurants on site.

      So-so

      Did not receive any pet amenities at check-in. Had to go to concierge and get the only set they had even though we had two dogs. No pet bed offered or provided. If they are trying to copy Kimpton, they are failing.

      Great location

      They provided a nice package at check in for our dog. It wasn't entirely as promised on their website but it was still nice that they offer a bed for pets.
      It's disappointing that there wasn't a place for dogs to go outside/play other than a public park close to the hotel.
