The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza St. LouisDid not receive any pet amenities at check-in. Had to go to concierge and get the only set they had even though we had two dogs. No pet bed offered or provided. If they are trying to copy Kimpton, they are failing.

Good Experience
NicheNice location for pets since seating is not overcrowded. Staff mindful of pets and approaching table to not surprise or startle. Well done.
