- MikeMay 13, 2024Great for our dogs
Great for the dogs. Nice place all around.
- DeborahApr 30, 2024Quiet place to stay
Good location. No grass for dogs though.
- KimApr 20, 2024drury inn-Albuquerque
clean, safe, quiet and dog friendly
- RobertApr 4, 2024Drury is great
They have no grass for dogs, just the landscape rocks around the building. But it was a very nice hotel.
- LisaFeb 18, 2024Good stay
Staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient and surprisingly quiet even though it’s just off the freeway. Good area to walk dog. Kind of industrial with other hotels and restaurants but felt safe. The room was clean and we were able to get on the first floor, as we requested. Appreciated the free happy hour after a long day of travel. Only negative was the bed was a bit spongy but overall very happy with our stay.
- AmyJan 31, 2024Lots of positives but...
Not a blade of grass anywhere for miles. My dogs did eventually did their business on the gravel/sand/rocks but it maybe wouldn’t hurt if they installed a small patch of pet turf. Other than that, staff was AWESOME, room was clean and comfortable and there is complimentary dinner buffet including drinks. I’m not sure I would stay again.
- BarbJan 25, 2024Great stay
The food & drinks were great. Very dog friendly, but maybe a grass area would be helpful.
- MaryJan 1, 2024Only place to stay in Albuquerque
Rooms are great, staff is great, breakfast is great, location is great!
- ShelleeNov 16, 2023Clean and safe
This hotel is conveniently located and in a very safe part of Albuquerque. The room was comfortable and clean. They also include a buffet dinner AND breakfast making it convenient when traveling with pets.
- SusanNov 1, 2023Great hotel experience
Our room and the hotel were beautiful. Very pet friendly and one of the few hotels in our three week road trip to have doggie bags in the outdoor dispensers.
- JohnOct 22, 2023Very accommodating
Something was wrong with our reservation, but they accommodated us and waived the pet fee! Very comfortable beds!
- LowellOct 12, 2023Stay Here
Lodging in Albuquerque a little higher than what we are used to, but Drury is worth a little extra. Always clean and welcoming. Max and the GM really helped me out with some business communication back home. Free drinks and heavy appetizers at Drury always welcome. Our dog was happy to find some grassy areas as well. Breakfast was extensive and good. Great place to stay.
- VictoriaSep 12, 2023Terrific room
The room was really spacious, plenty of room for our two large dog crates.
- JeffrySep 12, 2023Great for dogs
Staff was very professional and friendly, and they interacted with our dogs. They provided both a dinner and breakfast, included in the room price.
- DamonAug 20, 2023Great Experience
Everything went well, and my Rottweiler was the center of attention for many travelers. She was able to dispel some of the rumors about the breed.
- KenAug 9, 2023More than expected
Very nice hotel with clean rooms and nice amenities like afternoon popcorn and a very good breakfast. No grass for our dogs to go to the bathroom. Only gravel like most places in New Mexico.
- HeidiJun 5, 2023Great stay
Excellent facility, awesome amenities, fantastic staff! Will stay there again for sure!
- MarkMay 18, 2023Great place
The bad first. They put me on the 2nd floor, and there were only very small gravel areas where Daisy could go. Now the good. Room was clean, staff was very nice, dinner and a drink ticket, and breakfast was included!
- PhillisFeb 28, 2023Great accommodations
Clean, big suite. We requested a suite close to stairwell in a quiet area. Our pup was very happy. Staff was very helpful.
- William PFeb 25, 2023Great stay with pets
After 2hr delay due to 70+mph winds on I-40, this was a respite indeed. Just north of downtown, it offered complimentary evening dining, two free drinks, and a very good breakfast. This made it a value with many other amenities and great for pets as well as people.
- LindaFeb 23, 2023Great Hotel
I loved this hotel and the room was right next to the side door with access to the relief area. It was not enough for my two collies. There is a dog park North Domingo Baca Dog Park a few miles away that is the best dog park we have seen. Large, clean, and friendly. The hotel has nightly appetizers that are good enough to be dinner and a great breakfast. The area around the hotel is not great for dogs, but the local dog park can satisfy that need. I would stay again.
- RobinFeb 18, 2023A home run
This hotel is the best ever in all my travels. We were put in a first floor room near a side entrance for ease of letting our dog out. Lots of sidewalks for a good, long walk. No grassy areas but my dog didn’t care. In the evening there was a nice buffet and drinks. All were complimentary. There was some traffic noise but not much during the night. The room was clean and the hotel staff very professional and friendly. We would stay here again 👍
- JohnFeb 13, 2023No problems
For the dogs - no special services such as cleaned beds, poop bags, treats, designated outdoor areas, but they were welcome. There was a fee. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. They offered free drinks and a basic dinner in the evening and a free breakfast in the morning. We tried takeout from one of the many surrounding restaurants. Nothing super special but a solid stop. Thanks.
- CynthiaJan 5, 2023Good choice
Close to I-25. Older but clean and efficiently run. No grassy areas but plenty of parking lot and adjacent office park. Very good restaurants right next to hotel.
- DavidDec 30, 2022Great service
The amenities were great.
- JohnDec 29, 2022Typically nice Drury
Nice hotel, clean room, good evening and morning snacks and drinks. My only complaint is the $40 pet fee. On top of a fairly pricey room, not as pet friendly as I would like.
- ChristianDec 22, 2022Good spot
Pet friendly, central location, no grass area.
- RogerDec 15, 2022Wonderful Place to Stay
What a treat it was staying at the Drury Inn in Albuquerque on our way home to Colorado. They even fed us!
- AliceNov 3, 2022Would stay here again
The room was spacious and clean. I love the fact that they provided breakfast and dinner and you got three free drinks. My dog was with me, of course, and he was made to feel very welcome. There were a lot of areas for him to potty. Keep in mind that this is the southwest so there are no grassy areas but my dog did just fine. I would definitely stay here again.
- EliciaOct 3, 2022Great option!
Convenient location, walked to dog-friendly patio at Panera (right next door) for dinner. Enjoyed free breakfast (while dogs still asleep in room). Clean room, easy check-in.
- RandolphJul 26, 2022Very friendly staff
Initially our assigned room was not ready but was quickly fixed by front desk. The lady who cleaned our room was extremely thorough (Lizzie) and made the earlier error a non-issue. I do feel they should take 1 of the small corners and make a legitimate pet yard. All in all a pleasant overnight stay. They have a free dinner time along with a couple of drink tickets (be there between 5:30 to 7:00 pm & free breakfast).
- JulieJul 6, 2022Delighted With This Hotel!
The staff was so friendly and helpful. Dogs are not welcome in the lobby or dining room. That being said, we were always comfortable passing through to go outside or waiting on the elevator. The room was spacious even though we have a large kennel and very nice and clean.
- TeresaJun 18, 2022Great Hotel
Our first time at a Drury hotel and it won't be the last. Great room, great breakfast. Would stay again.
- AnneMay 8, 2022Great stay
Lovely hotel! Great, friendly, efficient service, and the wonderful complimentary Happy Hour and delicious breakfasts always put Drury Inns top on my list. And I was able to snag a “terrace” room both times I was in Albuquerque so Finnegan and I could get some fresh air … it’s a lovely option. The pet area itself on the hotel grounds isn’t much to write home about, but there are so many other places to walk nearby that it doesn’t matter. Highly recommend Drury Inns anywhere they can be found!
- ScottApr 25, 2022Drury Inn ABQ
The staff were very accommodating and gave a lot of attention to our big doggie. They were really nice and we will come again.
- ChelseaJan 16, 2022Great location and customer service
The staff was friendly and welcoming and our pups loved the stay here. We were in a corner room right by the stairs for easy access to take them outside and the beds were very comfy! Best hotel I have stayed at in Albuquerque.
- VictoriaDec 31, 2021Great place!
Very safe, clean, pet friendly hotel. They let me check in early to accommodate my work schedule!
- BunnyNov 29, 2021Loved this hotel! And it’s safe too
I had a great experience at this hotel with my dogs. I was concerned about safety as I was a solo female traveler and it was very well lit for the times at night I had to walk my dogs. I felt very safe. The rooms are big and very clean. the beds are comfy. The only downfall was the 50.00 incidental deposit they requested when I checked in.. they do credit it back to you a day or so later but it was unexpected so just be aware of that. They offer a free light dinner with 3 drinks and also a full free breakfast. awesome! I’ll def stay here again.
- SandyOct 19, 2021Almost perfect
My golden retriever would not do his business on the gravel provided in the pet area and no grass anywhere. Too bad because everything else about the place is perfect.
- LauraSep 14, 2021Off highway location
Easy location off I-40. Lots of food options nearby. Room was comfortable. Missed the free dinner/drinks but the morning buffet was decent. No green area to take the dog and the pool was closed.
- MikeAug 25, 2021GREAT STAY
The hotel was very clean, every worker we came in contact was was super sweet and helpful, and my dog (German Shepherd) loved it too!! I will stay here again!!
- DarleneJul 14, 2021Absolutely perfect
Clean hotel. Everything was great!
- SteveJul 9, 2021Pricey but good
The Drury Inn & Suites was a very nice place to stay. But we came in at 10:00 p.m. and left at 7:00 a.m. the next morning. The price was double what another chain would have charged. Plus, they charged an added fee for our dog. So I do not think it was a "good value" for us.
- CynthiaMay 20, 2021Wonderful
This hotel was perfect for us. Our little dog, Sammy, doesn’t require a lot of green space or any green space at all. If your dog does, it’s probably not the place for you. Free meal and 3 drinks free from 5:30-7:00 was an extra bonus!! We would stay here again!
- VivianApr 10, 2021Great service and clean rooms
Food bar and drink bar also very nicely done
- LisaMar 15, 2021A+++
Great location, awesome room, incredible staff! Very helpful and accommodating when I realized I locked the keys in our car. They offered to let us back into our until AAA arrived, but it was a nice enough day that we just hung around outside.
- RobertMar 12, 2021Great location
Staff friendly, rooms nice. Pups really enjoyed the place. Took them on a great hike a Boca Negra Canyon.
- MoniqueFeb 25, 2021Great place for pets
This hotel was clean and a great place for my dog too. Big parking lot area to walk my dog around. Plenty of bellcarts for our stuff. Includes free dinner, free drinks x3 each and free breakfast too! Fountain pop machine is always available and fresh coffee too. We did laundry here too. Lots of people were enjoying the pool = )
- AndrewFeb 24, 2021Really enjoyed out stay
Really enjoyed out stay
- DouglasJan 12, 2021Drury Inn & Suites North Albuquerque
Extremely clean rooms; great hotel staff and they do accept pets. Stayed there three times now and have never been disappointed. Staff takes very good care of their guests.
- JenniferDec 4, 2020Friendly Service
Front desk was courteous, friendly and professional. The room was extremely clean. And there were several other dogs there so it was very pet friendly. I highly recommend the Drury Inn.
- DaveOct 5, 2020very nice facility
We stayed at 2 pet friendly hotels in Albuquerque: La Quinta and Drury Inn. Drury Inn was a little more expensive, but very much worth it. The rooms are updated and comfortable, and the pet area outside is suitable. Their guest evening social and hot breakfast make this a great value, especially for families. The hotel appears to offer good security with patrols, and is located within easy walking to a few restaurants. The only negative taking away the 5-Star rating was a less than perfect room cleaning upon check-in.
- ChristyJun 23, 2020Nice hotel
Convenient, clean, free breakfast and dinner and happy hour!
- MaureenFeb 5, 2020Great hotel
Check in was a breeze and the hotel is very nice. A hot dinner (with an open bar!!) and a full breakfast is included in the room rate Our Great Dane was comfortable and the area for the dogs was immaculate. Our only issue was the very thin walls and we has the misfortune to have a very noisy neighbor.
- JohnJan 5, 2020Clean and convenient.
- AllenJul 30, 2019Good!
Staff were friendly and great with pets..especially Corey
Limited grassy areas but my dogs were fine
Breakfast area/staff was overwhelmed with guests - KimJul 14, 2019By far the BEST
Friendliest and best value in Albuquerque. Staff were outstanding in all areas, food good & hot, just don’t expect gourmet cuisine. I have a well-behaved Therapy Dog and he was welcomed and made friends with every kid that he crossed paths. While there are no grassy areas immediately available for a romp, the high quality quiet rooms and all other positive aspects of this hotel made the extra walk to find a tree or two well worth it! Will definitely stay here again!
- KarlJul 21, 2018Nice, not great
Pet friendly staff, and areas for potty. Can walk to Panera, which has outdoor tables. However, no outside grass at hotel. Hotel rooms a bit dated..
