Great location
Baymont by Wyndham RollaThe Baymont in Rolla backs up to a lovely little lake with a path around it perfect for walking the pup. The staff at the hotel was great, very friendly and attentive. Fine breakfast. I liked the hotel so much I stayed there again on my way home. And Finnegan remembered it all and loved the walks!

Great stay
Drury Inn & Suites Albuquerque NorthLovely hotel! Great, friendly, efficient service, and the wonderful complimentary Happy Hour and delicious breakfasts always put Drury Inns top on my list. And I was able to snag a “terrace” room both times I was in Albuquerque so Finnegan and I could get some fresh air … it’s a lovely option. The pet area itself on the hotel grounds isn’t much to write home about, but there are so many other places to walk nearby that it doesn’t matter. Highly recommend Drury Inns anywhere they can be found!

Lovely location
La Quinta by Wyndham FlagstaffThis La Quinta is located in such a beautiful and convenient spot in town. The grounds are lovely and make for wonderful walking opportunities for the pup. I know I can always trust the La Quinta wherever I go. I’d only just mention that the front desk staff at this location weren’t the friendliest I’ve ever encountered … felt like they were going through the motions, reciting their lines, not like they were necessarily happy to welcome anyone. But you can’t have everything. Overall, recommend highly.

Very nice!
Baymont by Wyndham TehachapiA very nice motel in a great little town, especially if you like trains! (But there was no train noise in the room.) There’s a neat courtyard area to walk your pup, as well as areas around the motel. And you can walk a long block down to the tracks and watch trains come and go. The breakfast set-up looked good but they’d had a brief power outage while I was there so I couldn’t sample everything. There’s a gas station just across the parking lot, as well as a little grocery store. It was fun to drive into town, too. Very nice people and experience!

Very nice!
Best Western Colorado River InnReally nice place. Not fancy, but perfectly clean and tidy. And everyone was so friendly and helpful, from the front desk folks to the lovely gentleman helping serve breakfast. One front desk fellow led me to a great park where I could let my pup dunk his paws in the Colorado River, and also to a very nice dog park nearby. There’s a gas station right nearby, as well as a good-size grocery store. Would definitely stay there again. P.S. The pet area is fenced and kind of small and covered in gravel but there’s a bench and the pups can be off-leash. Well-kept and clean.

Would stay there again
La Quinta by Wyndham KingmanVery nice La Quinta, as usual. Great location near a PetSmart, Safeway, and many other amenities. The pet area is kind of small and astroturfed, but just fine, and kept clean. And there are areas around the hotel to walk, too … in fact, the PetSmart is a walk away. Very friendly and helpful front desk folks and staff. Would definitely stay there again.
