The rooms are on the small side (or the furniture too big). It has a dark atmosphere (so no pics). The diner in the hotel was good. I mainly got it because its own dog park. Saya loved it and had fun. The bed was very comfortable as well.

They do not honor the prices listed on this app and will downgrade you to lowest tier room regardless if you book the suite. The dog park is around the corner and the rooms are dark and drab and tiny and scary.

Very nice hotel! It was very clean and the front receptionist was super friendly. You can valet your car which made it so much easier staying in the busy city. There was no refrigerator in our room, not the end of the world but would have been nice to have one to keep drinks cold. I believe the lounge turns into a club at night as there were loud music playing and can be heard from our room on the 12th floor. It didn’t bother us but may bother those who are light sleepers. Our favorite part of the hotel is the enclosed dog park reserved only for guests and members. It is around the corner from the hotel and our puppy had a great time playing with other dogs there. Our family had a wonderful time staying here!

Very nice hotel. Clean, nice rooms, and very accommodating to pets! Provided a crate for our pup and also offered food/water bowls and a dog bed! Highly recommend!!! Also nice food spots around too.

Soho Grand Hotel was fantastic and very dog friendly. There is a small park off of Canal Street for quick potty breaks (less than .01 miles) and Washington Square Park is about a 2 mile trip round trip for longer walks. Our room was on the 8th floor but very close to the elevators. The room was spacious enough for 3 medium dog crates and well equipped with everything we needed. The hotel staff was A+! The restaurant at the hotel also allowed our dogs to dine with us. The food at the restaurant was excellent, however the service was extremely slow so don’t go there if you are in a hurry. We will definitely stay here again!

Needed crate - never got one. WiFi didn’t work. Room service never picked up the phone. Lobby is a nightclub when I went to walk my dog, packed with people and blaring music. Room was small and I paid for Deluxe.

The hotel was amazing, the staff was great to us and my two dogs. The dog park was amazing and my dogs loved it. The only issue I had with this hotel is they say it’s 24 hour in and out parking but I wanted to leave at 5 am and I was not able to get my car until 7 am because the parking lot closes at night and opens at 7 am.

We brought our rescue doggie here for a weekend staycation. Despite the fact that she is nervous around other dogs, the concierge was so understanding, and even suggested I try the dog park at dawn before other doggies. This shows that they really care about animals. Our room was also immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely returning with our doggie.
