Very welcoming staff. No breakfast offered. Especially nice towels for a hotel! Grass area for pet. Have to drive a ways for food.

The lobby staff were friendly and there were dog treats available. It was fun to look at the photos in the lobby of past doggy guests. The room was clean and comfortable.

There isn’t a lot of on-site dog walking space, but at the moment there are two vacant lots on either side of the hotel.

I liked everything about this hotel, with the exception of the 2nd floor room. My lab did not enjoy riding in the elevator.

The Candlewood Suites in Medford Oregon is a lovely place to stay. The room was very comfortable, super clean and the staff were very friendly. The room had very nice cooking equipment and Maggie loved it there. One HUGE plus is that they allow you to leave your pet in the room when you need to go out. This is a major plus. Highly recommend this place!

Lisa was absolutely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and just the right size for our lil 22 lbs mutt.

We reserved two rooms and upon arrival was told that one of the rooms would not be what we’d reserved and had one less bed than necessary. Instead a full grown adult had to sleep on a roll away bed. There were drug deals going on in the parking lot, potential prostitution —based on the people coming and going— some sort of siren going off for hours at the neighboring construction site and to put the icing on the cake... when I asked for a receipt the front desk gave me the wrong one with my name on it. When I asked about it the guy snatched it back and said I wasn’t supposed to see that and that they couldn’t give me a receipt. I give it 2/5 because even though it was overall horrible the room was pretty clean.

It was so easy and no hassle to have our dog here. It’s only $10 a night extra to have your dog here. They give you a magnet to add to your door to show that you have a dog. House keeping was amazing about being respectful and not coming in. This hotel is also super clean and has amazing staff. I highly recommend staying here with your pup.
