I was very disappointed by my experience. I believe my booking experience was misleading and the pet fee was not clear enough. 150 pet fee was charged on site as a location fee in addition to the 375 room fee. Had I seen this in the booking clearly I would not have booked. I was asked if I would like a dog bed and treats and did not receive them, not really dog friendly and my bill for the hotel was not delivered to my email. I will not only not book again I will avoid Marriott Autograph hotels in the future.
