      TERRIBLE

      Worst customer service I have ever experienced, 1 elevator for the entire hotel, it did not work causing everyone to use the stairs, carpets in rooms were stained and no one answered the phone when I called downstairs for assistance 3 times.

      Broken elevator

      First floor room was requested as we have an elderly dog.
      We were assigned a third floor room which we would have to walk up to as the elevator was broken.
      Terry at the front desk apologized and said if BringFido called they would refund our money. Which we did.

      Overall good stay

      Room was small but clean. Elevator terrified our puppy so needed to carry outside for bathroom breaks. Grassy area with bags and pretty clean.
