Great Location
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Fredericksburg South (I-95) VARight off Route 95 quick on and off the highway. Nice fenced area for the dogs to run around in and a large grassy area in front of the hotel to let them run around too. The staff were very courteous and accommodating. The hotel was clean and adequate for an overnight stay.

Holiday Inn Express Bluffton at Hilton Head Area an IHG HotelThe staff at the hotel was so welcoming and professional. Truly a pet-friendly hotel. Adequate area to walk the dogs around the hotel.

Nice staff
Hyatt Place Fredericksburg at Mary WashingtonWhen we got to the hotel we found out there were no first floor rooms after calling and requesting one. Our older dog has mobility issues and that is why we request first floor rooms. The person checking us in told us we would have to go through BringFido in order to get a refund for the second night stay we wanted to cancel. Lucky us we got Amy who couldn’t have been more helpful in getting us the refund for cancelling the second night. Although the hotel and staff were very nice and professional, I feel it didn’t work for us. Also there is no place to walk the dogs are the hotel area.

Excellent Spot
VRBO BlufftonWe booked this location because it allowed two big dogs and had a fenced in yard. The house was beautiful and well appointed. The yard was excellent for the dogs to be able to go outside. The neighborhood was really quiet and in a great location. Our host Maria was very responsive when I had to call her. We would definitely stay here again.

Second Hotel Assignment
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Harrisburg Northeast (Hershey) PAThe first hotel we got from this website Holiday Inn Express assigned us a third floor room although a first floor room was requested due to elderly dog. Informed that the elevator to the room was broken. Front desk clerk offered to refund our money if BringFido called. We called the company Nicole profusely apologized and found us another hotel, I think a Best Western. The address on the BF website brought to a very sketchy part of Harrisburg and we never found the address. Called back BF got another woman who found us a room at the Country Inn and Suites on the first floor. Only problem here was when we went to our room it looked like people were staying in it still. Went back to the front desk and were told by the woman in the back room it was assigned to us. Maybe it was but it hadn’t been cleaned upon our 6pm arrival. One of the front desk clerks checked the room we were assigned to see that it had not been cleaned. We were then assigned another room🤕

Broken elevator
Holiday Inn Express - Harrisburg East an IHG HotelFirst floor room was requested as we have an elderly dog.
We were assigned a third floor room which we would have to walk up to as the elevator was broken.
Terry at the front desk apologized and said if BringFido called they would refund our money. Which we did.
