Don’t stay here!

The heating unit never shut off even when it was at the required temperature. The shower liner was stained with mildew/mold.

Holiday Inn Express - Harrisburg East an IHG Hotel

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, 1 elevator for the entire hotel, it did not work causing everyone to use the stairs, carpets in rooms were stained and no one answered the phone when I called downstairs for assistance 3 times.
