When we arrived in Beaumont TX it was about 40 degrees. We turned up the heat in our room and it just kept blowing cool air. When brought to the attention of the front desk, they moved us to another room (upgraded us to a suite) and provided us two tickets for complimentary breakfast. Also, they had dinner available in the lounge. After spending all day on the road, we decided to eat there. Because our fur baby doesn’t like it when we leave the room, the server allowed us to bring him with us and set at a table towards the back of the room. Everyone was so accommodating.

We evacuated with two dogs and two kids from Louisiana to Beaumont for Hurricane Ida. Was a nice hotel, but rooms were a little small for our family. We should have gotten a room upgrade, but we were just so happy to have power again we didn’t complain. Very pet friendly hotel, and would recommend to travelers with pets.

We have travelled from California to the east coast staying in dog friendly hotels, and feel this was the best experience we have had! Staff was friendly, and the property very clean! Contrary to another reviewer, I did not feel it was dated, but rather quite comfortable and well maintained! There is adequate green space for walking !

Our room was terribly cold (well below 55) and heat was not working. Called the main desk to get assistance, no answer. Called the operator, no answer. Went downstairs to find an employee, no one around except at the bar. The only saving grace was we were in a room with 2 queen beds so we could use the extra bedding to bundle up. My dog of course didn’t care it was cold, he probably loved it. We left at 3am since we couldn’t sleep well. One positive note - there are plenty of food delivery options with 3rd party apps.

Our reservation was for 5 people with the dog. We were given 2 rooms with 1 double bed each. We asked for another room, which we were given promptly, however this room had roaches.

Hotel was updated but needs a little more updating in the rooms. 4 bones because the staff was very friendly, we were allowed to have our dog in the lobby and enjoy drinks, and it had a large pet relief area.
